Customers can request a refund within 7 days from the start of a new subscription cycle. This means that if you start a new subscription period, you have up to 7 days from that date to request a refund for the current subscription period.
To qualify for a refund, you must have used the watermark removal service 5 times or less during the current subscription cycle. If you have utilized the service more than 5 times, you will not be eligible for a refund.
